Capture Inputs
To aid in setting up Engine Speed Ref and Engine Sync (Crank and Cam sensors). Use the Capture Inputs tool to get a graphical representation of the sensor output.
Note: Other sensors wired to the UDIG inputs can also be captured.
To get a new Input Capture, Select
- Ignition ON, M1 ECU online with the PC.
- Select how many digital inputs to be captured.
- Click OK and crank the engine this will capture the input.
- Name the new capture and add a comment as required.
- The Time graph output has two cursors that can be moved for measurement purposes.
- Press the space bar to generate the Green cursor. Press the space bar again the Green cursor will move to the Blue cursor position.
- To move the Blue cursor use the arrow keys ⇦⇨ or mouse.
- To move the Green cursor use the mouse only.
- To expand and contract the Time graph use arrow keys ⇧⇩.
